CNC Bending and forming

After your concept has completed the design stage, the design team will have manipulated the components and materials digitally using the CAD software. By doing this they can flatten out the materials and have them laser cut or machined producing a flat part ready for bending or forming.

The previously designed flat model with all the relevant bend and form information is then input into the CNC Machine.

We also use an Amada HFE5020 Press Brake Machine. We can use standard as well as bespoke tooling to create a vast array of complex bends and shapes. The main advantage of these machines is repeatability, the shapes and forms can be continuously reproduced to a high standard of accuracy for larger quantity orders.
